Extensive financial expertise and management experience. Believes in strong operating policies, procedures and internal accounting controls with independent oversight. Chairman of NRA Special Contribution Fund (NRA Whittington Center). Maintained financially sound operations with major expansion of shooting facilities. Worked with Scouts of America to include additional shooting activities, youth shotgun, reloading camps. Founding member New Mexico Wildlife Foundation, improving wildlife habitat.
