NRA Benefactor, Nominated by the Nominating Committee, Current NRA Board member. Police Chief 17 years at Bristol, Tennessee Police Department. Chairman of the Gun Collectors Committee, Vice Chairman of NRA Law Enforcement Assistance and Membership Committees. Outspoken police leader in support of gun rights, including concealed carry to police leaders and state legislators. Collector of Smith & Wesson (S&W) guns for 35 years and a S&W armorer. Avid shooter and hunter. Chief Wade is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, SWAT and homicide commander. Experienced as a game warden, hunter safety instructor, and author in support of Second Amendment. Blaine has been a police leadership instructor for Kentucky and Tennessee, teaching contemporary leadership issues to law enforcement executives throughout those states. Serves as a College Success Coach and Criminal Justice Professor. Chief Wade’s family including his children Colt, Parker and Remington, are all NRA Life members.
